Mind over Matter

In the last couple of weeks, I've been on a bit of a ride... and I can't help but try and look at it from the "30,000 foot view". I have decided to take a minute to provide a little insight, in hopes that it might in some way help others who sometimes feel like "it's just not my day".

The answer for me is laughter. Laugh often and laugh hard. And most importantly, laugh at yourself. Yes it indicates you're not perfect, yes it says I've done something wrong, but in the long run, we're all human and last time I checked that means your covered for few mistakes.

Bottom line...
Don't take yourself too seriously and remember "The greatest glory is not in never falling, but picking yourself up every time you do".

True Powder Hound

It appears winter is finally here... snow and all. It's been a pretty quiet weekend, so I decided to take the doggie to the park to play for a bit. Regardless of the wind and the 15 degree temperatures, Jackson wanted to play, play and play some more. He is still growing, and getting cuter by the day.
